FirstTrust Realty, Inc. is looking for
innovative, self-motivated, sales oriented persons who can work from
an outside office and offers compelling incentives to join our team.
YOUR COMMISSIONS
You are paid a 70% commission on Listings/Sales which
close, until you have been paid $100,000 for the calander year. After
receiving $100,000 in commissions for the calendar year at the 70%
rate, you are paid an 80% commission for Listings/Sales which close
for the remainder of the calendar year. This is based on the funds
received by the broker for your transactions. There are no commission
deductions for annual dues, deal fees, desk fees, or any other junk
fees. The Customer Referral Program may change the commissions
you receive.
AGENT REFERRAL PROGRAM
As an active agent with the company, you receive a 15%
sponsoring bonus based on the commissions paid to an agent whom you
referred to and is employeed by the company. This does not reduce the
commission paid to the other agent. If you retire without placing
your license with another broker the bonus is 7%. If you die without
having placed your license with another broker the bonus is 5% paid
to your spouse. The maximum bonus is $10,000 per annum per agent referred.
CUSTOMER REFERRAL PROGRAM
When you refer a customer to another FirstTrust agent
which results in a closed sale, the company pays you the referral fee
of 25% based on the funds received by the broker for the other agents
transaction. This 25% is a reduction of the other agents commission
and paid to you.
If you receive a customer referral from a FirstTrust
agent or the company and close a sale, then your commission will be
(70% minus 25% = 45%) , or (80% minus 25% = 55%), depending on your
commission bracket. All commissions are based on the funds received
by the broker for the selling agents side of the transaction.
MLS REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAM
Our MLS reimbursement program reimburses you for one
quarter of the yearly MLS access fees when at least one of your
listings or sales closes during a calendar quarter. Calender quarters
are Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun, Jul-Sept, Oct-Dec. Broker does not guarantee
that access to multiple listing service will be effected in all areas.

This program is for residential houses and condos,
it's a cross between a regular sale and an auction. Find a motivated
